Bill To Allow Theme Parks To Reopen Sooner

Sleeping Beauty Castle

A new bill in California if passed would allow Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott’s Berry Farm and other theme parks to reopen much sooner than is currently allowed.

At the moment the Governor Gavin Newsom has large theme parks in the Yellow tier 4 which means things would have to be back to near normal before the large theme parks could reopen. The bill would move large theme parks up the Orange tier 3 which is the more moderate tier and, could mean that large theme parks could open much sooner.

If passed theme parks such as Disneyland could reopen at the lower Orange tier with 25 percent capacity as well as allow indoor dining at 25 percent capacity.
